The Brief
GetPTFit met with us to discuss an idea they had regarding in-app content for a mobile application they were due to launch. They wanted a film production service and asked us to produce 120 instructional videos. The videos would be exclusively available to their clients- directly through the application.
The purpose of each video was to instruct their clients on how to carry out exercises with the correct technique.
The Challenge
We split the project into two shoot days. One dedicated to hot yoga, and one to floor and weight routines. The heat was a factor to consider when filming the hot yoga routines, as we were in the same room under challenging heated conditions for a number of hours.
The lighting in the hot yoga room wasn't the greatest and required lots of additional soft box lighting to brighten up the space (which made us even warmer).
It was also a pleasure to work alongside James Morehen, who is the current Sports Performance Nutritionalist at Warrington Wolves Rugby Club.
